As part of the rental workflow, you will upload sensitive customer data (IDs, photos, etc.).
By uploading customer photos or documents, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from said customers to process their data within Rent Control Hub for the purposes of rental management and identity verification.
We commit to maintaining industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no digital transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Rent Control Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the platform. We are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between you and your rental customers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform or us.
